Here are ways you can help strengthen education in Louisiana:

• Be an Advocate – Community organizations are tremendous sources of grass-roots knowledge and support. Use the power of your network to advocate the value of high-quality education to our quality of life. Use the "force multiplier" effect to help reach all segments of the community and encourage their participation in Act Now! Louisiana.
• Be a Champion – Become a member of the Louisiana's Promise Community Leadership Team in your community. Challenge local education leaders to continually address the dropout problem and support them in their efforts to graduate students.
• Ensure Ready Communities – Work to ensure that all children and their families have access and resources necessary to receive high-quality early care and education. Work to provide accessible and affordable family services related to physical health, mental health, and lifelong learning.
